We stand behind the quality of every FootballGear.cc product. If any item arrives defective or damaged (e.g., stitching errors, print flaws, or incorrect size), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected items—no need to return the goods unless we request it.
For bulk orders, we also provide pre-shipment quality checks (photos/videos) so you can verify before we dispatch. Since we are a wholesale supplier, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, not for change-of-mind or sizing errors on custom orders. Custom-printed gear (sublimation, embroidery) is non-returnable unless the defect is ours.
