We reply with a Proforma Invoice within 4 business hours (Mon-Sat 9:00-18:00 GMT+8). PI includes line-item pricing, tier discount, custom-print add-ons, DHL DDP shipping cost, total in USD.
Pay deposit
Orders above $1,000: 30% T/T deposit + 70% before ship. Smaller orders or first-time buyers can pay 100% via PayPal Goods & Services. Also accepted: Western Union, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20).
Production 7–15 days
In-stock SKUs ship within 48 hours. Custom-print orders take 7–15 days depending on quantity + method (embroidery vs dye-sub vs enamel).
