The short answer: machine-stitched balls are cheaper, more uniform and hold up better for training and school use, while hand-stitched balls are softer, rounder and used for premium match play.
At our workshop we keep footballs from around $3.80 at MOQ 10. For clubs and schools buying in volume, machine-stitched is almost always the right call - it keeps the per-ball cost low and the quality consistent batch to batch. If you are supplying a shop that wants a higher-end match ball, ask us for the hand-stitched option and we will quote it separately.
Tell us where the balls are going (training, schools, retail) on WhatsApp and we will point you to the right construction for that use.
