Photos, balance, ship

We send finished-goods photos, take the balance and hand over to DHL for DDP delivery in 5-12 days.

What can be customized?+

Club or national-team crest, club name, player name and number, sponsor mark and colourways. The method depends on the product: embroidery, dye-sublimation print or enamel. We confirm the method for each line before production.

What is the setup cost?+

Setup is waived from 50 pcs per design. Below 50 pcs a small setup applies, around $15. The exact figure is on the proforma invoice before payment.

How long does a custom order take?+

Production takes 7-15 days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and method. Stock items ship in 48 hours.

Can I see a sample first?+

Yes. A sample carries a +15% surcharge on the listed price; the surcharge is waived when the sample converts to a bulk order within 60 days.

What artwork do you need?+

Send the crest and any text or sponsor marks you have. We confirm the format and placement before production. Vector files are easiest, but we review whatever you have.

Do you offer private label?+

Yes. We can produce without our brand on the product and pack for your store. Tell us the label and packaging requirement on the first message.
